I'm watching Michael Moore receiving the Best Documentary Feature Oscar. Many in the audience had tears in their eyes when he was announced.
He took up the whole speech to bash the war and Bush.
"...fictitious election that gave us a fictitious president. Sending us to war for fictitious reasons..."
Many boos from the audience, but a lot of support, too. I've got problems with Moore, but being insufficiently tough on Bushco isn't one of them. Maybe this means the Greens will work against the Republicans from now on. Maybe. posted by David at 3/23/2003 10:23:00 PM ::
